If something arrived wrong or damaged, we'll make it right. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase — just reach out to us at admin@basinandridge.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For everything else, we ask that you refer to the care instructions included with your order to get the most out of your gear long-term.
